Return Policy

At Arpi Fashion, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process subject to the terms below.

1. 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns for damaged products. If the returned item is found to be damaged, used, stained, or altered by the customer, the return will be rejected and sent back to you.

3. REFUND POLICY (PREPAID & COD)

Prepaid Orders: If you paid online (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking), the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your Bank Account details or UPI ID to process the refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.

4. NO RETURN FEES

Unlike many other brands, Arpi Fashion offers free returns. We do not charge any reverse shipment fees. We will arrange for the pickup from your delivered address free of cost.

5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

After Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched/shipped from our warehouse, cancellations are not allowed. If you no longer want the product, you must accept delivery and then follow the return process.

7. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED

If you receive a defective or incorrect item from our side, please report it to us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
